"City Rats" Teaser Trailer & Trigger Street Final Selection

City Rats will be Premiered in London on Friday 24th of April 2009 at the Genesis Cinema in Mile End as part of the East End Film Festival.

We will then have a small cinema release in London's Apollo Theatre in Soho. Then its over to you - the audience! You choose how you want to see City Rats...

Based on the attendance of this run we'll roll out to other cinemas around the country. So invite all your mates to go and see it when its out so we can get it out everywhere!

The DVD will be available to pre-order from Play.com and Amazon will be released on Monday 27th April 2009!

On Wednesday 29th April we'll hopefully see the Pay-Per-View version available to watch on Film Flex and Sky Movies! To be confirmed - will update ASAP.

So its up to you guys - where and how do you want to see it?

Personally I'd go and see it as it was intended on the big screen! But then if you've got a huge HDTV in your home then kick back with a beer or two and enjoy the DVD or PPV!



 

City Rats World Premier at Slamdance 2009

On Monday the 8th of December Variety magazine City Rats, our first feature being released theatrically in UK early next year (dates and venues tbc).

City Rats was written by Simon Fantuazzo and was directed by Steve M. Kelly. It was produced by our very own William Borthwick and Dean Fisher from Scanner-Rhodes Productions. It stars Danny Dyer, Tamer Hassan, Susan Lynch, Myanna Buring, James Lance, Ray Panthaki and Kenny Doughty.

The film was shot on location in and around East London.

The Passenger in Trigger Street Final

The Passenger has had a good run in the festival circuit, even picking up a bit of silverware on the way!

It's most recent success was in Kevin Spacey's online festival, Triggerstreet.com, where it went through to the final 12.

The competition was judged by film gurus such as Jeff Goldblum, Sam Mendes, Dave Stewart, Rufus Wainwright, Roger Waters, and Robin Williams.

Congratulations to Paul St. Amand, whose documentary film Parallels was selected as the overall winner.

The Passenger is one of Face Films short films written and directed by Adam Levins and produced by William Borthwick in 2006.
